It’s customary for this part, what would be the back cover of a book, to be written in third person to create a professional appearance and to give the impression that someone else is singing one’s praises. This encourages readers to buy the book. A few things…

One, this book is personal so vague and sterile language simply won’t do. This is neither a saccharin, feel-good book nor a drug-addiction poultice. This is a varied topic with a main point, take your mind out for a stroll to stretch its legs kind of book.

Two, I’m not going to encourage you to read this book. I’m an artist and the money would definitely help, but the timing may not be right for you to stretch your legs. I’m also mortal, so if we’re going to take a stroll together, then there need be two sets of footprints in the sand. Consider that even if this book is not for you, someone you care about may find it useful.

Three, I did not graduate from Oxford, have received no Nobel Prize in Literature, and can’t sing well.
